Glossary of Terms
- An Infrastructure is a set of instances that has a predefined server configuration
- A Server configuration is composed of one or several blocks
- A block is a unit of configuration. This unit of configuration is provided by puppet, chef, docker, shell, etc.
Infrastructure file example
The infrastructures file contains the blueprints of your application. It shows what configurations have to be applied to which servers and how those servers are related.
